³ UPDATE Plate Day, January 2011

November 18th Mini-Grants Writing Celebration at MiMi’s Café -Thank you to all the SEA reps who joined me and SEA Exec. Board members at MiMi’s Café! It was a pleasure to see teachers engaged in relaxing conversation, sharing ideas on how to spend their mini-grant money, and completing their grant forms with time that was embedded into our rep council meeting. As soon as we get the signed forms, reps will be contacted regarding how they would like to receive their grant money.

November 16th – “Taking off the Plate” Day - My Vice President Jerry Smith and I agree: It was a great start! Please keep your eyes out for more messages sent by Jeff Thomas who wrote on November 17th: “Look for more communication next week which will provide the first “official” list as a result of our work. We really appreciate all of our participants and their great ideas, along with the great ideas generated by employees prior to the beginning of our work!”
